The manual is very lacking in that it does not explain how to connect the throttle trigger to the frame and how to really use the choke. It is good i know a thing or two about small gas engines. Beyond that it works well, is easy to start and is light enough for 1 person to operate.

I had some issues with the bolts coming loose and I wrote a product review. The seller immediately contacted me and we resolved a issue. I am giving it five star for customer service, I didn't even reach out to contact them they reached out to me! That is awesome!

    • cheaply made, requested and received a refund
seller did send replacement recoil pull starter but being the intended use for this auger i felt it was in my best interest to buy one of better quality and received a refund.
