I searched for a long time for a good, pretty, and affordable bookshelf. I love this one so much. It does take 2 people to put together, but the instructions were great and all the pieces were labeled. All the pieces were very sturdy and the shelves hold more than I thought it would! My box came a day early and I was worried because the box looked a bit beaten up. The inside was packaged really well with foam and particle board to keep the pieces safe. There was not a single scratch or broken piece. I would definitely buy again. My favorite purchase of the year!

I am absolutely in LOVE with this bookcase! It's a touch of a pain to put together by yourself and it says to have help attaching the top to the bottom, but I had to make due cuz I'm impatient and my husband was at work. Granted my first one came in with a few damaged pieces, but the seller was extremely kind and understanding as the damaged pieces were unusable and they don't have just the parts available. So unfortunately I had to wait for a 2nd one to be delivered before I could assemble this (and the life happened and it's taken me weeks to even get the time to assemble it. The seller was super kind and very prompt and punctual on everything regarding sending another and told me to keep the pieces of the 1st one should the 2nd arrive with any issues and then it was entirely up to me what to do with leftover pieces. Still don't know what to do with em, but most everything lined up without issues. The only lineup issues I had were for 2 of the front bar frame piece. The laminate cover is a hair too thick to lineup right with the top archway pieces and I had to take a razor blade and literally shave the laminate off at the tops of them, but then it fit together like a dream. Also a few holes weren't all the way through, they weren't off by much so easy to push the screws through without damage so it wasn't like anything major and it's proving to be extremely sturdy and a wonderful bookcase. It looks exactly how it does in the picture, color, wood grain look, and functions like a dream. Please keep in mind though that the backs are also wood grain print and the only reason mine aren't is that I ordered some peel and stick wallpaper and covered them to add a pop of color to it and while it looks grey/beige it's actually pale green. Secured it to the wall with the supplied parts and it's nice and sturdy, doesn't wobble or shake. My photo is without my books, but now it's currently loaded down top to bottom with dozens of books and there's no buckling or warping on any of the shelves.

TL/DR: Surprisingly Great quality for the price. Heavy duty. Lengthy assembly time. Final assembly will require 2 people. No way around that. What a great bookshelf! Heavy as sin, but to be expected with particle board. Lengthy assembly time, more than I had expected. But worth it. I’ve put together hundreds of pieces of furniture like this in my 46 years but this took the longest at 3.5 hours. We laid each piece out then my wife fed them to me as I assembled them. When it’s finished it’s very nice looking.

These were pretty easy to but together, it just took a looong time (due to the size and amount of parts) but they turned out really good. You really do need a second person to secure the top and bottom half together though. I subtracted a star because one of the pieces didn’t have a hole drilled where it needed to be and I had to drill my own. And one piece had a big scratch on it.

Beautiful piece of furniture. Very sturdy and provides a lot of storage. Takes a while to build. Package is super heavy and came in quite beat up, however the packing was well thought out and no damage to the product. 10/10 would buy again.

Instructions are easy to follow. Although, some parts are not as easy to flush, it still looks overall good. I had to use a mallet with some cardboard to make it flush on some areas. It looks great! Definitely need two people when putting the top and bottom pieces together.
