I had a replacement within a week I believe. Great turn around, great support and very helpful. I love the desk! The desk itself looks good and functions, the process of building it was a nightmare. There were multiple things that weren't aligned properly and weren't possible to screw into. So I had to make my own adjustments. The desktop itself arrived damaged. It's basically just cardboard as I discovered. I bought this desk as a Christmas gift for my husband and was really worried about the condition it would arrive in. On delivery day we received two boxes—one punctured—and the long tabletop box was missing. We contacted the seller before opening anything, and they replied almost immediately with the tracking number and reassurance that the third box was on the way. It arrived the next day (also punctured!), but thanks to the seller’s careful foam packaging, every piece inside was perfectly intact. One of the boxes even included a note explaining that all three boxes ship separately, which made us laugh afterward. Assembling the desk took a few hours and definitely required my husband’s patience and skill, especially for the top section. But once it was done, the desk looked great. It took me many hours to assemble, but now that she’s all put together… very happy! The wood is very solid and such a nice light oak color. The shipment arrived in three separate boxes on different days, you’ll need all 3 boxes before you start assembling. I had a little bit of an issue getting the motor/standing desk rod part to work properly but the directions were pretty straightforward to help even it out to get it to raise correctly. I only wish that the shelving cubbies had little doors so it didn’t look cluttered with my stuff but this was the best standing desk + storage I was able to find! ... show more

I only got one box from this order and the stellar still has not sent me the other two boxes. I have not been able to put my desk together since November. This is a terrible company with terrible communication if you have an issue.

So the design i saw in the ad i love, but the quality of the final product not so much, all the pictures show these flawless panels but the real product has screw holes all over visible areas, a major design oversight, and they don't even include any caps for those screws to march the holes, i ended up buying my own separate fastcaps (walnut) on amazon to make the desk look less distracting and to stop triggering my ocd ... show more
