This comforter set sleeps good for us. We don't sleep too hot or too cold since putting it on our bed. It feels nice and almost a silky feeling to it. The tree pattern on it is nice to look at when the bed is made (we got the "Life Tree" set). The pillow covers fit our pillows good as well (we have XL sized pillows) and have the same silky feeling on your face as the sheets do. The reasons for only 4 stars is for the comforter and sheet and isn't anything major but enough to write about it. The comforter isn't as wide across the bed as the sheet is and doesn't hang down the sides of the bed enough to cover the the bed framing and make it look nicer. This translates into less side to side comforter to cover you while sleeping (this is a King size set and we have a King sized mattress so it's very obvious it doesn't cover the mattress the same as our other comforters do). The other reason is for the sheet. There's no border stitching to indicate the top of the sheet vs the other 3 sides. We had to find the tag on the end to line up the sheet so it fit to the bed right for us (FYI: the tag goes to the left bottom corner for us). Overall, it's a nice bed set and looks good too. Time will tell with more washing/drying it of how durable it will be or any color fading in the picture but so far after a week of use, it's been good for us. ... show more

The fabric was slippery when I expected more cotton, but it is still nice. I thought the sheets were the horse theme but they were tan. It matches my room nicely though so I'm keeping it.

The comforter is cute, but it is way too small for a full size bed. It doesn’t even cover the sides of our sons mattress. Had I put it on sooner, I would have returned it. It might be ok for a bunk bed, but definitely not for a standard mattress. The sheets also are not sown so you have a wider hem on the top, it is the same width hem on all four sides.
