Really cute and fun! Pay attention to the age warnings. 3 of the eggs open with a small hard plastic/wooden yolk. They are solid hard plastic/wood and the size of about 2 marbles. I took them out and put them in storage...for now. I think even older kids could get these pieces stuck and be in trouble. Being play food it should be assumed tbat kids will put them in their mouths. BUT...the set is still a lot of fun without the yolks. The carton is also a legitimate cardboard egg carton. I think it will tear soon but my grandkids love it!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I didn’t realize the that the eggs came in three pieces, but the sound from these is phenomenal. I definitely don’t think they’re wooden though. They sound like a ceramic? I’m not entirely sure, but I do love these! My little guy is 3 and lately has had an obsession with eggs. We bought the 12 pack of the shape matching eggs and they ended up EVERYWHERE. I was hoping that these would be the opposite because I thought the egg was just two pieces but it’s not. I see this box lasting a total of 2 days as it’s built like a traditional cardboard egg carton. The eggs themselves though seem to very sturdy. The PAINT on the eggs will absolutely start peeling in under a month, I think. Maybe not the best for children under 5 without supervision. ... show more
