In the pictures it shows that it holds 10 piece extensions n once you get the machine it clearly holds only 5 so I purchased the wrong extensions. Other than that the delivery was fast n quality is good.

I am a licensed cosmetologist and have used many different types on clients and myself. This isn’t user friendly and the extensions when they actually attach to the hair fall out easily breaking off your hair. They are more visible then tape in extensions and they slip down your hairline. All in all it’s a no from me! ... show more

I have both the 5 and 10 and after using each of them I now prefer the 5 row. Much cleaner extension fit in areas where there is not much space. Like side of head. Also I recently learned that 5 row is actually 2nd gen and 10 row is first gen. Not sure how true that is but the 5 row comes out cleaner. ... show more
