This charger looks and works just like the one that came with my Surface Pro with one exception: it will only slow charge. That is fine with me for a nice travel charger so that I don't have to carry my original charger with me. This one is also a nice inexpensive backup charger.

This cord works perfect for the surface pro 7! Its a much more affordable option if you need a backup cord. I love how long the cord is so you can stretch it to the outlet that isnt close by. I definitely recommend this item.

My wife seems to keep this placing these charges for her surface and I had to get another one. Works perfectly fine if it’s perfectly the cord is not too long or too short and it doesn’t overheat like some of the cheaper ones do
