For so many years I suffered. I even added many of the ingredients in this supplement but individually. It cost a fortune. I was introduced to senna and told some peoples bodies do not use the water the right way. Their bowels do not use it correctly which adds to their problems. Then I was told about cascara. I looked and looked for one that seemed reputable and found this one. To my surprise and excitement it had many of the other supplements and now all I have to to is buy this one. Weird though how this one almost seems to work better than the i dividual ones. I mean I really took almost all of these but I guess the way it is combined makes it work better. ... show more

Before doing a deep cleanse it is important to clean out the digestive tract so the detoxification waste is eliminated effectively. Cascara Segrada product from Didicad has a nice mix to enable not just the regular elimination, but the cleansing of the digestive tract to make way for effective organ cleansing after. Bringing down the toxin load on the body's elimination system inherently improves immune function and vitality. Cascara Sagrada is an old staple.This is combined with a combination of other ingredients that seem to alleviate stomach upset as well as treatment of constipation.

I tried this because there were nutrients here that I had not normally tried. So far I cannot complain about any issues - I seem to be doing quite well and have staggered taking these every other day. As always - price around!

Taking this did not help move my bowels. I have been taking these for over 2 months now and there has not been an improvement in my bowel movements. This may not be the best supplement for those that have difficulty with bowel movements.
