The mirror came to us very carefully packed, without suffering any damage. It heavier that I though it would be. It's well designed and well constructed with a sturdy frame. This mirror was very difficult to handle upon delivery. The box was damaged. The mirror has one small right side chip in the glass. The braces for standing it up are flimsy and one was badly bent. They are not as is pictured in the advertising video. There was a lot of glue from the shipping tape around the entire edge of the mirror, requiring an alcohol scrub. The mirror seems to have adequate glass otherwise. All in all, I'm disappointed in the weight and awkwardness of the product, the damage, and the condition from rough handling. I've not yet decided to return it, as that would require a superhuman effort. Frustrating! ... show more

***UPDATE*** the seller did ship me a new mirror so I revised my review to 5 stars. The mirror looks nice minus the scratch it came with. The seller offered me $20 to fix the mirror myself (which I don’t know how that’s possible) so I’ll be returning. I’m not interested in starting off with a scratched mirror. We got this for the guest room. We're not sure if we want this on the floor or mount it to the wall. What's cool is that you can mount it vertically or horizontally. The frame is also very solid and it came with nice packing job so there was no scratches or chips on the glass itself! This mirror is exactly as described and what I was expecting. Large enough for my bedroom, love it!!! The package is in good condition that the mirror didn't break at all! Stand behind is so sturdy that it's not necessary to worry about my kids playing around it. I highly recommend it!!
