I've been looking at stand-up desks for a while now, and settled on this one and so glad I did! I've got a 4 monitor tree with a large base (13" long, I think) and the top shelf is deep enough to accommodate it with no overhang. The tree is also very heavy, probably 40 lbs. with all the monitors attached, and the motor to raise the desk had no problems at all. I tried it before loading it up to test, and I did not notice any difference after loading it with my equipment. Assembly wasn't too tough, about what I expected - took me maybe a couple hours altogether. The desk is nice looking and very sturdy, and the size is perfect for me. The controls are easy to use (just push a button), and the presets were even perfect for me (I'm 5'7"), so I have not had to customize them. Assembly was not without its challenges, and this speaks volumes for their customer support. First, upon opening the box, I could not find any assembly instructions. Tried to follow the video in the listing, but that was difficult to follow. I contacted the seller about it and they sent a .pdf of the instructions very quickly. Second, one pack of screws was missing, so I bought some from a hardware store. They made amends for that, as well...again, very quick response. I did eventually find the instructions under one of the bottom flaps of the box, which I discovered when breaking down the box after the desk was assembled! I whole-heatedly recommend this desk and this company - great product, great support, and I believe a very reasonable price. My only problem is that now that I see my office from another vantage while standing, I realize that I really need to tidy up a bit...hmmmm...

I am a graphic artist, a music engraver, and writer. These activities all involve sitting, or at least traditionally so. I couldn't stand the thought (so to speak) of sitting for 8 hours a day the rest of my life. This desk replaces a 2-tier desk that was also about 60 inches wide, but required sitting and reaching for many things and consequently invited clutter. The ExaDesk is a value that punches way above its price. The motor noise is negligible—just a quiet whine when adjusting height. Even though the desk top is in two pieces, the truss system supports all my equipment and feels very sturdy. I have two positions set in the 3-memory controller, and I feel very comfortable at the desk whether sitting or when it is raised to standing height. It will rise much higher than the "ceiling" I've set for it, so I'm confident that someone taller than my 6 feet would feel equally comfortable. The desk does vibrate just a bit at standing height, but overall seems to resist wobbling quite well. I chose not to install the casters, but I expect that they would be fine as well, provided the wheels were locked once the desk was in place. The desk veneer is a grained wood pattern. It feels pleasing to the touch, and is liquid-resistant. (Don't ask how I know.) It adds some warmth to an otherwise-techie space. I was sad to find that the controller, a small electronic unit that has a plastic faceplate, had cracks in the faceplate when I received it. I notified the seller, ExaDesk, a week ago today, and they gave me the option of compensation or replacement for the broken part. I chose a replacement, which arrived from China yesterday. The seller's courtesy and promptness in making things right cannot be emphasized enough! This desk is a huge upgrade for me, and I'm very pleased by how well this has all worked out.

This height-adjustable table is strong, stable, and easy to set up. It comes with three memory settings, which are very handy for quickly switching between sitting, standing, and stretching modes. The built-in wire management basket underneath helps keep cables organized and the workspace clean, while the small drawer on top is great for storing items like wires and chargers. One limitation is that it’s not ideal for dual-monitor setups right out of the box, since the monitor surface isn’t completely even. However, aside from that, I’ve had no issues. Overall, it’s a well-designed and reliable desk that I’d highly recommend.

BEWARE that the top of the desk comes in two separate parts. These two halfs of the desktop are only connected by 4 wooden dowels. The legs that the desktop potion screws onto don't extend the length of the desk so it creates a very weak edge of the desk. Even thought this desk claims it can support 185 pounds and still raise and lower, 30 - 35 pounds on the edge of the desk makes the desk raise up where the two halves are connected by only the dowels. When the weight is removed the desk becomes flatter again (though round objects still won't sit still) but it is already pulling away from the screws in the legs. Email to the manufacturer was bounce back and their posted phone number doesn't work. Had to do a return through amazon because I couldn't get a hold of the manufacture. Now a team has to come to my house to break down and repack the desk and I have to order a new one and get to set up another desk. Fun times.

This is a great desk. The assembly was straightforward, and the desk is spacious and handles three large monitors with a little creativity. The controls are easy, and the motor works well. The desk also looks nice. It is a great value. I also had an issue that was purely my fault. I contacted them through Amazon, and they were absolutely amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this company and this desk.
