I got the desk with the white top to replace a much more expensive one. (also from amazon) . It took me about 20 minutes to assemble. (I am the worst at putting things together). I am very pleased with this. It is larger than I pictured and fit my 26" Desktop and big wireless printer. I wasn't sure whether to get the black or white top but, I'm happy with my choice. It measures 25" wide by 55" in length and seems to be sturdy . It comes with everything needed to put this together and directions were easy to follow. Great for a home office. ... show more

I've bought particle board desks that were more solid than this. The corners are held on with 4 tiny weld tacks (most of which are burned through). 2 of the 14 bolts were damaged, and 1 of the holes for the bolts were damaged. After tapping the holes and chasing the threads on the bolts assembly was easy enough, though the directions don't put to much emphasis on the orientation of the legs so that you can mount the bottom cross bars, but I didn't pay enough attention, so that's a 50/50 I think. Once assembled, this desk is flimsy. There is no lateral stability at all, and I'm pretty sure it's going to be returned soon, but I'm going to give it a try.. I bought this to hold a 3d printer and standard printer, but I'm pretty worried the side to side motion of both will eventually break this desk. Apart from stability, the legs were scuffed and dented, though the box was undamaged. The desk top also had 2 chips missing from it once I flipped it over (I left this on the styrofoam it shipped on for assembly, so this chip happened at some point before packaging). The edges of the laminate are white and stick out like a sore thumb at each seam. The more I type, the more I think I'm being too generous with 3 stars. ... show more

This is exactly what I've been looking for! I've been searching for just a basic looking flat desk like this for a long time with no fancy upgrades and was on the brink of a DIY project that I probably would have messed up. For the life of me I couldn't find one. The setup was easy, only took twenty minutes and usually I struggle with these things. The desk itself is very sturdy and I have fit three 27 inch monitors onto it with speakers and everything else. I'll add a picture for reference if you're worried about length if you're planning on doing a similar setup. ... show more

I've read the reviews about how the instructions are bad and how the screws can damage the product etc. I ordered 2 because these are the exact size I needed and they looked sturdy enough. Upon opening the box the screws are definitely labeled and the instructions are sufficient. I wouldn't call them good though. If you damage your table by using the wrong screw thats on you because its quite obvious which screw goes where. Following the instructions I lightly tightened every screw until the entire thing was assembled then applied a little torque to each screw. Once that was done the table was quite sturdy. I think for 100 dollars you can't get much better. The only thing I wish was better was some sort of rubber grommet between metal pieces. As it stands, if the table is pushed a bit you can hear the metal rub and it makes some squeaking noises. I purchased a couple things in addition to go with the table for organization. The price point is fair compared to the other stores I went to. The package wasn't too heavy, the desk was easy to set-up & it's very sturdy! I was able to organize all the cables on the underside of the desk. No complaints!
