I mainly got this take to deal with the chicken coop and, though i wanted something song enough to last, didn't plan on using it in heavy duty type situations. Well, or main take broke when we were doing yard work so I upgraded this to our main rake and it's handling all the jobs easily! I love that you can adjust the length of the handle by removing a section when working on right spaces!

I have used a garden rake like this for yard work for many years. I thought that the double-sided feature would be handy, and my old rake was getting very worn. When this garden rake arrived, it was in good shape. The rake was easy to assemble. I did not have any trouble with the sections of the handle coming loose as I worked. This bow rake has a very long handle making it very useful for covering larger areas and speeding the leveling task. I found that the stiff tines could handle the toughest tasks I gave it and did not bend like my old rake. It would not even bend when I had to pull out some small field stones with it. The double sides were as useful as I had anticipated. The only negative I could find was that this garden rake was a little heaver that my old wooden rake. Overall, this garden rake exceeded my expectations, and the price was good for the value.
