    • This rug rake broke within the first 20 minutes.
I bought the less expensive version thinking it would work as well, but it broke almost immediately. Hopefully the more expensive one will work better.

    • Hard to use and not friendly to carpet
3 stars because it shipped on time, packaged nicely, and easy to put together. It goes downhill from there. Does not loosen or move the cat hair. It did pickup carpet fibers which will damage the carpets with continued use. Also, after using it my arms, back, and neck was aching horribly. Others tried it and same thing. The media could not be loaded. Very easy to assemble and use. The scraper removes all the pet hair from carpet and furniture. I have 11 dogs and a cat, this makes my cleaning much easier.

Because of my shedding dogs, I always clean my house, especially the rooms with carpets. The vacuum was not doing it. But this tool lifted aaaall of the hair from the carpet. It was a bit of a workout. But it was definitely worth it!
