These are great magnetic socket holders! I appreciate the flexibility of the larger holes for different type sockets. Some customers complain the holes are too large but there are different styles of sockets that have different designs. I really like the plastic type magnetic bottom so that you can put them on any metal device at any angle for ease of use. I purchased the 8 piece option as I like having four of the 3/8’s socket holders. I use two for my Hex 3/8 sockets and the other two for my 12 point sockets. They offer the lower profile option in the front on the tray and deep well in the back. Yes there could be a few few sizes added that aren’t available with these sets, but most basic socket sets that are available don’t have them anyway and it’s not that big of a deal in my opinion. And because of that I would give these 4.8 stars. They’re a great addition to anyone’s toolbox to keep things neat and organized and to have the option to have a whole set, both SAE and Metric at your disposal at anytime, and to be able to magnetically stick them to most anything you’re working on.

These socket organizers/holders make keeping sockets in order a breeze. Each socket has it's own appropriately sized hole and they are held in place with a strong magnet. They fit in my toolbox drawer. The organizers seem to be high quality. They are made of a very tough plastic material with a magnet embedded in the base. They work well. PROS They make organization a breeze Each opening has the size printed and is easy to read They are color coded red for SAE and black for metric The magnet keeps the sockets in place The magnet also allows you to take the entire holder to where you are working and can then stick directly to your car, truck, tractor or whatever keeping the sockets in place and off the ground CONS Not really a con but the magnet is quite strong and if stuck to your toolbox drawer it takes some effort to lift it out to take it to what you are working on All-iin-all a good quality socket organizer that does what it is supposed to do.

I absolutely love these magnetic organizer trays! They are very sturdy/well constructed, the magnets are strong, and they are clearly labeled for the socket sizes. The black and red lets me easily differentiate between standard and metric sockets. This has saved so much space in my tool box drawers, compared to the organizers that lay the sockets down horizontally. I was able to consolidate 2-draws of 1/4" & 3/8" drive socket into 1 drawer, and the overflowing drawer of 1/2" drive sockets is now 2/3 of a drawer. Magnets hold the sockets firmly that they don't fall out if you carry them vertically, yet the socket are easy to remove compared to the friction lock on a bar style. I will get another set for my impact sockets as well. (the holes are big enough to accommodate the thicker impact sockets) Can't recommend these highly enough!!!

These organizers are a far cry from something you would see at Harbor Freight, et al. They not only have strong magnets to hold the sockets, but the build quality and overall fit and finish of the socket organizer is a cut above anything I have ever seen. Sadly, you will pay extra for that build quality. But as tool-buyers are oft to admonish: "only cry once" in the acquisition of lifetime tools and accessories. There are different sizes to match the socket ratchet size. A bit pricey, but at the end of the day you truly do get what you are willing to pay.

I gave these 5 stars because I really generally dislike the other methods for holding sockets, and this does a great job. If I had a complaint, it would be that it could probably be a lot more compact and store the same amount of stuff. what it lacks in space-efficiency it makes up for in functionality and clear and easy-to-read labeling. Because of the dimensions I can't get all of them in a single drawer (I could put them in my top section with a lift-up lid, but it's too tall for me to see easily) so I have 4 of them in one drawer and the 1/4" stuff separate. I tested them in many configurations (horizontal, vertical, upside down) and with the exception of jarring motions they sockets were all secure and sturdy. Good enough overall that if they ever size them down to be more efficient, I'll buy those too and move these to backup without complaint.

Sturdy with good visibility on the size. Holds the sockets well but easy to remove them for use, and looks cool doing it. I will be buying more of these to organize my toolboxes in the smaller sizes (3/8" and 1/4"). I hate the snap in type and always wind up breaking them getting the sockets off. This magnetic style is much better- it also sticks to the frame of the car if you are working underneath to keep sockets close at hand.

Good quality, a little heavier (stronger) than expected. I did have 1 socket that would not fit in its place, however a forstner bit fixed that real nicely. The magnets have just the right pull to keep everything together when moving around the shop yet sockets easily release when needed. Different color options would be nice but I can live with black and red.

These are OK... they'll eventually break, and the strongest part of the magnet is definitely when it bonds to the metal drawer in the toolbox, so if you plan on taking the whole set with you your grip strength will be a factor. The sockets don't fall off easily when bumped or tipped over sideways, but inverted they'll still drop off the rack. The price was good, needed new racks anyway, but they're just ok.
