So, you kind of get what you pay for here. The sheets are on the thin side and are not luxury-soft. I mean, if you want Egyptian cotton, this ain't it. But hey- it works just fine! The sheets are softer after washing and the lightness of the whole thing is great for summer. Plus, it's pretty. I got this set for a friend's kid who sometimes comes over and she absolutely lit up when she saw her bed all done up in it. The pattern was the perfect balance of youthful and girly without being "for little girls." The whole set holds up well to wear and washing. This comforter set is so adorable and comfortable. You ever buy something so cute/ satisfying that you don’t think you’ll be able to find better in the future? This is that lol. Might just have to buy every 6 months haha. I love the look and feel of this comforter set and how it brings out my room

I really like the comforter in this set, but the sheets are not great. The fabric is light-weight, which is great! However, we've only had this set for 4 months now and have a tear in the bed sheets. 😢 The print on the comforter is pretty, and the actual comforter itself keeps us warm during winter and cool on hot days. It's a great all-around comforter for the price and we are really pleased with it! If you buy this, I would recommend just using the comforter. You're better off buying a separate set of sheets (even the Amazon Basic ones are pretty nice surprisingly) and just keeping the sheets in this set for a back-up. ... show more

The quilt is nice and matches my bedroom, the sheets and pillow cases are thin and of poor quality. Their website description says they include two pillow shams that match the quilt, but those were not in the package, which is one reason for the lower rating. I do like the quilt (although I won't sleep on those plasticky feeling sheets) so I won't return it, but I do wish the company would send me the pillow shams matching the quilt, which they said they would include in the package. ... show more

I made sure to read in depth reviews on wash and wear quality as well as comfort and breathability. As someone who runs warm when sleeping, I needed cooler feeling sheets and comforter! It washed so well and helped me sleep like a baby!
