A good concept but flawed. While the size is great and they look nice, they leak at the spout and they are also impossible to clean. Even though the handles are very helpful when moving around, these areas are impossible to get anything into to get clean. I was using them in a food service setting so they had to not only look clean, they had to BE clean. I returned the ones I bought and they went back with stains in them. The spouts were extremely finicky because the caps were so pliable that they distorted when you tried to tighten them down. It seems that you just turn the cap until you meet resistance, then turn just a tiny bit (about like 3-4 minutes thinking about the hands on a clock) was where we had the most success keeping them from dripping. Overall, just not good.

We absolutely love these!!! Our main drinks are water, orange juice, tea and koolaid. But having 4 regular jugs in the fridge usually takes up so much space so we had to choose two, Not with these! Takes the space of just two regular jugs for all four of these dispensers! Waited a few months to right this to verify we would have no issues. Two things to note: 1. you must take apart the spigot to wash it (if not it will leak) also just for cleanliness please take it apart and wash it 2. It has a vent top I don't like to keep that open so Alternatively I just loosen the cap a little so that it flows out the spout with no slowdown. Milk jug in photo for size comparison. Really no cons that I can think of.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this style over the others because of its extremely slim profile. Each one takes up very little space in the fridge and holds 2 full half gallon cartons of milk. Leakage: There can be a tad bit of leakage if you are not careful with the spout. When using the spout can sort of shift and if you are not watching (perhaps a child is using) the contents can slowly leak and cause a mess. This has happened to me. Quality: The structure of the containers is sound, including the two plastic lids that come with each one, but refer to the leakage issue I just noted. Grade: B+ Flow rate: The rate of liquid flow gets to be a lot slower as the liquid amount lessens. But this is unavoidable in any product like this. Keeping the container full will always allow the flow to be strong. Also keep the spout clean. I’ve notice after about 3 days I have to dismantle to wash the spout because buildup can occur. Functionality: An extra note, if liquid is kept in this container and not used for 4-5 days, the liquid will absorb the smell of the fridge and get that stale taste. I know this from experience, even with baking soda in the fridge it still happened.

One container came broken. For the price I was really hoping for better quality. The other 3 have been loved and used weekly by my toddlers for a water mixing station.
