Using these as a reward for middle school students, so the price was a welcome relief. Yes plastics are more commonly used but students have a new mindset about sanitary uses and responsibility. Add stickers and itss been a win win.

The 4 is strictly because the packaging of the Straws, (I get didn't want to break during shipping) it was so tedious with getting triple wrapped layers of plastic off of them otherwise it would have been a solid 5. My teens are obsessed with these drinking glasses, and they are simple with an edge of minimalism. The product overall is of durable, with a thickness to the glass, and great quality. They are leak proof around the seal of the lid, however not sweat proof (coaster, or napkin is best used) They are easy to clean, and I appreciate that they came with straw cleaners. Maybe a silicone bottom that is removable or washable would be helpful, because the cost was so great I got 3 cases. (Please change the straw packing to the foam envelope perhaps???) These glasses with straw and bamboo lids are great for iced coffee. I do not like to drink from plastic. Drinking from glass straws does not alter the flavor of any beverage.
