I bought these to do diy lunchables. These are great. They have the 4 compartments. The lids are easy to put on and pull off. I tested one by dropping it from the tabletop, the lid remained attached. I love these! When it comes to packing snacks and lunches, Im more of a grazer. I prefer multiple options, and smaller amounts of them. These are perfect for that! I typically will put halved boiled eggs, grapes, cottage cheese, and a veggie and take it to work. These are smaller portion cups, and I think they would be great for anyone who is trying to eat less, or even bariatric patients. The lid fits great too.
