Assembly was easy. Looks fairly attractive with its gentle curve. No long term experience yet, but I filled it up with soil and it did not crash. Waiting for frost to go away to start planting. It did not have any plates/grids to put on top of the "reservoir" to separate soil from the water collecting on the bottom. I cut some plexiglass for that. Bit disappointing. Also, drilling holes into plastic isn't a big deal, but if you want them at a particular height and the plastic keeps shattering it's a bit annoying. There's probably a better solution. Worried about sagging planters, since they are only supported on the very outside rims. Full with soil, and waterlogged, makes them very heavy, so we'll see for how long they hold up before it all comes crashing down. With sun/UV exposure to plastics it's probably just a matter of time! ... show more

I got this as an addition to my container garden for the summer- it seems to be working well for the purpose I got it for thus far. My two slight complains: when assembled, the fit was off ever so slightly so not all legs were resting firmly on the ground(making it a bit tippy)- though the ground I put it on might also be uneven- I was able to just move some dirt under the problematic leg and once the soil was in the boxes it seemed to be weighed down enough to be sturdy. The second, again, very minor complaint was that the drainage holes were absent- I just used my drill and popped them in the bottom so it was an easy fix. Beyond that, great product, I've gotten compliments from the neighbors and people walking by the house. I also love the design aspect of the product that allows you to easily lift down the higher containers if you need to work/plant/harvest from them and are vertically challenged- allows easy access to all planters as well as the ability to tip the boxes forward. ... show more

I thought it would be bulky, but this garden stand is surprisingly slim enough to fit in that unused space most people have by their front/back doors. It's a little shy of 6ft when put together and about 3ft wide altogether. Very sturdy after rocks, dirts, plants, and water were added. Holds up during windy days! Darker green than pictured. Heavy to move without taking each planter off once filled. Does require 2 ppl for assembly (the legs have a locking configuration with screws that makes it hard to hold and screw by oneself). Mine didn't come with predrilled holes. Even if it did they'd only be 2 each at the ends of the planters. I would buy another however. ... show more

This is a fine looking planter, and does it’s job well. Overall I’m very happy with it, but a few things to take note of: The planters are not reinforced on the long end. When filled with soil they bow out in the middle. Not a huge problem but may cause permanent warping over time. The frame itself is high quality, but I ran into an issue with one of the screw anchors that was free spinning, not allowing me to tighten a screw without applying an adhesive to keep it in place. For some reason I remembered the description saying it was 6ft tall? The frame is 64” and the top of the top planter is 58”. All things being equal this is actually a good height. ... show more

other than taking up more space than a reg. plant shelf system- this works well - you can easily remove and replant each container- the water trickles down to the container below ( you have to drill holes in bottoms) i use these for all my succulents that are awaiting replanting- the whole unit is easily transported to where the plants would do better with sun/ shade. ... show more

I love this design. Not only is it a great space saver, but it looks good. It seems sturdy, including the plastic plant pots. Keep in mind these do NOT have drilled drain holes. When you do drill some, do them in the FRONT of the plastic pot, like the instruction manual states, if you are looking to drip water to the plants below. Also the manual advises putting an inch of gravel in the bottom-a great idea so your plants won't have problems with root rot. I put mine together in maybe 20 minutes, including gravel and dirt. I'll put my plants and seeds in tomorrow. As it progresses, I will update this review with a photo. (and if it works out like I think, I may purchase one more!) ... show more
