In the pictures of the post, bamboos look very clean and no sharp edges. The one I received has spikes and edges not clean. Kinda disappointed.

This privacy screen is a great addition to our backyard fence. We have 3 dogs and live on a corner lot. It's a busy corner for walking. I was looking for something that could block the view of the direction towards the park so the dogs would hopefully bark less. The quality of the bamboo seems good. There is the odd bamboo smell with it. It does not come with a way to attach it. I was hoping it came with some sort of ties or something to make it easier, but at will end up using staples to attach to the wooden posts. It's a good value got the money and will look nice when we get the side of the fence properly attached. ... show more

The metal is very flimsy and the finish on mine looked moldy/dirty almost. I liked the way it looked but my husband did not, he definitely did not think it looks great. It did not have any bad smells. The weight was very heavy as the extra long/ large size would entail.
