The media could not be loaded. First of all, I have to say, this is really a good product, after the installation is completed, my flowers have been placed, to avoid freezing to death in winter, it is very warm inside. However, the installation process is a challenge for me. I need to carefully check each part and install it according to the steps. I suggest two or three people to install it together, which will be easier. After it is all assembled, it feels sturdy. We opted to put 2x10 boards around the base of the greenhouse for three reasons. One it adds weight which holds it down so it cannot blow away. The door also slides easily. The vent window is large and we can easily adjusts the gap opening by selecting one of the holes on the lever and sitting it on the screw post. A very simple operation. It's a nice looking greenhouse and we're very satisfied and happy with it. ... show more

Where to start. The first one came missing pieces. It took weeks for the first package to arrive and the send a week after that. The second one was the same way but had most of the pieces. The building is basically impossible. It requires more than two people. Once you get one wall up it's held together by friction. You need one person to hold it together. Then you need two other people to build the remaining walls and people to hold those walls together. Might as well plan a family BBQ around it. You have been warned. If you buy it thinking you'll get a different result, by all means spend your entire weekend putting together just to have a piss poor green house. ... show more

This is a clear case of false advertising. Everything in the ad shows a base that anchors but when you get the greenhouse there is not one included. Company said sorry that was an old picture. Now they want me to pay to send it back! Sorry not sorry!!!!
