The media could not be loaded. The frame and the recording are decent enough, but the “glass” (plastic) on mine is so cloudy and scratched up it ruins the quality of the piece in the frame a lot. I don’t know if I just got a bad one or if this is how they all are. The recording process was very easy, you just press the button with a pen while you record what sound you want on it and it plays back well. I made a Godzilla cross stitch and wanted to be able to play the old fashioned Godzilla sounds and this did the trick.

Gave as a gift to grandmother. Frame is good quality and can be hung or set on a flat surface upright. However recording on the frame is very difficult (the button is tiny and can get stuck or pop back up even when fully pushing) ultimately I recorded on my phone then found a quiet room and played from my phone to the frame so I didn't have to worry about restarting etc. Also no back up for the recording if button gets pressed or batteries need changing (I saved the copy from my phone just in case).

I love this frame, we bought it as a gift for my mom for her birthday with a pic of the grandkids inside and they recorded a message to her. You need to poke a pen or something like that sharp, into the back as a record. It does the job but it is not real loud and a bit awkward to record. It is nice looking and I would buy it again!

I gave this to my boyfriend as a gift for valentines day. I put an audio clip of our favorite song and he loved it. The plastic film on top was kind of cloudy, but if you don't mind that it's pretty good for the money. :) The audio is loud and clear for the most part. Mine actually recorded for 20 seconds too.
