This TV stand is really great—it helped me set up my TV on a table that wouldn't fit it. In fact, it's very sturdy and durable for my 85" TV. I recommend it for large TVs. It's black, so it blends in as if it were part of the TV itself.

Very nice and sturdy TV table top stand. All possible parts are included. The instructions are worthless, but the stand has only a few assembly parts, so it is not difficult to figure out. Looks like it fits any flat screen tv style.

We wanted to place a new 55" Roku TV high on top of a tall bureau in our spare bedroom. The factory legs that came with the TV attach too widely to sit on the flat top of the bureau. This simple pair of legs mount to the VISA attachment points on the rear of the TV and offer excellent stability. Our TV weighs like 25 pounds -- not that much -- and the legs support it well. One thing the legs do not offer is any tilt-down ability. The screen sits absolutely vertical. We wanted to tilt it down a bit. By drilling out the four holes to 5/16", where the verticals attach to the lower legs, several degrees of tilt can be achieved and still have the TV be stable. I also recommend not fully tightening all the bolts until the TV is in place. It can wobble badly or not be level if you tighten all the bolts before final assembly. You'll need a 10mm socket or end wrench to tighten the nuts. Easy and secure. Comes with a very large assortment of various diameter and length of screws and spacers for almost any TV. Also, self-adhesive pads are included so the legs don't scratch the surface they sit on. Finally, I was able to secure the entire setup to the top of the bureau by installing the legs opposite to their intended L/R positioning, thus allowing me to put a 10-1/2" long 1x3 between the legs and drive a screw into the top of the bureau. (Yeah, there's a hole up there, but who can see that?) The TV is now very secure and cannot fall off, even if jostled. Aside from drilling out the four holes to allow tilting, the project was simple and fast. Very pleased. May need to elevate the TV a couple more holes if I decide to add a sound bar. Still way easier than a wall mount. ... show more

This was a great purchase! It’s a great alternative if you prefer not to mount your tv. Overall, the instructions are somewhat confusing if you don’t have experience putting things together but if you are good at putting things together it takes about 5-10 beginning to end, full installation. I was a little hesitant to buy this stand after reading several reviews saying it was difficult to assemble or didn’t work properly. After installing it myself, though, I found the installation fairly easy. I’m using this stand with my 50-inch Samsung TV, and it holds it securely without any issues. I don’t understand all the complaints. True, the instructions can be a little unclear but once you put your reading glasses and look closely at the diagrams on the page, I found it to be self explanatory. For assembly, there are already ‘R’ and ‘L’ stamped on each side of the legs. That’s ‘right’ and ‘left’ if you’re looking at the screen, people. The paperwork tells you to position the feet part so the ‘L’ shape portion faces out. The upper extension part should be self-explanatory because there is only one way to attach it. As far as the bolts into the back of the TV, there are multiple sizes/lengths included in the kit which is helpful. Find the right size bolt for the back of your TV, then use the proper length that corresponds to the depth of your TV. You don’t need to use the plastic spacers, I didn’t. I also chose to mount the TV fairly low, but it’s at eye level from the couch so that’s fine. For the relatively low price, I found this to be just fine. It’s true these legs are stable enough, but not earthquake or bombproof. It’s why I can’t give these a perfect 5 stars. If you look at my photos, I used a 40” TCL Roku TV. TBH I wouldn’t trust attaching a TV bigger than 43” to it because I’d be afraid it would fall over. The bolt holes in the back of my tv are fairly close together. But another thing: if you have crazy pets jumping at the screen, cats that might walk behind it, extra wild kids, or some other disaster around your TV then you should probably find something sturdier. It’s holding the TV up, but a big shake or hard blow directly to the table and I’d be afraid these legs would buckle. I’m not going to try that. ... show more
