    • It's ok for the money, could always be sharper drill bits.
Good set for the money, the drill bit(s) are dull, so I had to switch out the drill bits for sharper and better quality drill bits to use on some wood projects.

The set I received was dull, or otherwise did not work well. I had to push hard with the drill and grind away for a long time. It felt like I was more burning through the wood than cutting it. I tried it with the drill going both forward and also reverse, neither worked well. In order to finish my project, I gave up on this tool and used other bits to separately drill the pilot hole and countersink hole. Perfect for them home projects. Seem durable after several uses. You can adjust the depth of the pilot bit and can easily replace the not.

I’ve been using the OAOJUBR 5PCS Countersink Drill Bit Set for light woodworking and basic DIY projects, and it ended up being very low quality in practice. On first use, multiple bits either dulled quickly or failed to cut cleanly, and one actually chipped under normal pressure in soft wood. Instead of cutting smoothly, they tend to grind rather than drill, which causes heat buildup and makes control inconsistent. Fit in the drill was fine, but performance is where it falls apart. These feel like a very budget-grade set that may work for extremely light or occasional use, but they’re not reliable for repeated or precision work. Pros: inexpensive, usable for very light one-off tasks Cons: poor durability, dull quickly, can break under normal use, inconsistent cutting performance Overall, not a dependable countersink set—fine only if you need something temporary or very light-duty, but not worth relying on for regular projects. ... show more
