Right out of the box, the experience was a struggle. The instruction manual was nearly useless—the font was microscopic and the images were so blurry I could barely make out the diagrams. To make matters worse, the manual completely ignored the accessories, leaving us to guess how to install the extra components. Assembly Issues Don't try to build this alone. You absolutely need two people to wrestle the metal base together. The pieces didn't fit properly at first and kept snapping apart under tension. It feels like the manufacturing tolerances are off, making the initial structure feel unstable during the build process. Design Flaws (The Safety Net & Ties) The engineering for the side protection is poorly thought out. The Bottom Ties: There is no dedicated attachment point for the safety net ties. Your only options are the metal base or the springs. If you tie them to the base as intended, it scrunches the fabric, making the whole trampoline look messy and "cheap." We ended up tying them to the springs to keep the fabric flat, but that’s clearly not the intended (or safest) way to do it. This would be a much better product if the manufacturer included a separate rail for the ties, or even just simple Velcro slits in the base cover. Between the terrible instructions and the awkward finishing details, I can't say this is a well-made product. Prepare for a headache if you buy this one. ... show more

The fabric that covers the springs could use better padding. And we have already experienced a few rips in the fabric (we have had this for less than a week). Other than that, the kids love the trampoline. The trampoline was also missing the plastic clips.

My kids (4, 6, & 9) LOVE this. It was bought for my autistic 4 year old, he can’t stop jumping on the couch, and he has been jumping on this since we assembled it! I would say it gets an average of 3-5 hours of heavy play per day and it has held up beautifully so far! Excellent bounce for an indoor trampoline, we had to remove the bar because we didn’t want anyone to hit their heads our kids are tall! Assembly was simple, the most difficult part to assemble is the springs but it’s much easier than a huge outdoor trampoline! ... show more

I really like the enclosed design; it gives me peace of mind while the kids burn off energy. Overall the packaging was decent at a glance. But many of the poles had dents in the ends making them not fit the base (round frame). So I had to bent them back with a pliers. The instructions say to ensure to align the black trampoline floor. Make sure you do otherwise you will have to remove all the springs and redo it. Also the instructions do a decent job explaining how to build it. Do not do what I did and try building it without reading them. I used a screwdriver to install all the springs just to realize they provide you a tool :). Finally the punching bag has nothing in it. So be prepared to place something like old towels or something in there. Kids like it and it’s worked well now for the last few weeks. ... show more
