This desk is amazing. It’s sturdy, well-designed, and absolutely worth the price. Don’t be misled by some of the negative reviews — mine arrived in perfect packaging with nothing missing and no damaged parts. The drawer handles are solid; they just need to be tightened properly with a real screwdriver. The bolts should be hand-tightened to a snug fit — once assembled correctly, the table is very sturdy. The wood finish feels great. I purchased the rustic brown version and it looks fantastic. The built-in power outlets work perfectly. The LED lights are fully functional, and the remote works without any issues. I have zero complaints. I love surprises. One great feature I noticed is that the drawers are adjustable in setup. There are five drawers total, and you can configure them differently depending on your setup. It actually includes an extra wood panel that is not even mentioned in the description and not shown in the photos, which was a great surprise. You can build it two different ways. You can set it up with three drawers on the left and two on the right with wood countertop support on both sides (like I did), or you can choose to build four drawers on one side and place the 5th drawer on the other side with the CPU tower positioned underneath that side using the wood support panel for stability. If you’re using an all-in-one iMac or a Windows PC without a CPU tower, you can adjust accordingly since you won’t need that CPU space. The height and length are perfect — more than enough room for a gaming or work station. It’s very simple to assemble. Just one important tip: don’t over-tighten the screws that go directly into the wood. Over-tightening can crack the wood or strip the threads. You’ll actually hear when it’s about to stress the material. A firm hand-tightened fit is more than enough to keep the desk sturdy. I almost passed on this desk because of the 1-star reviews and considered spending much more on a high-end table. I’m so glad I took the chance on this one instead. It’s perfect for the price. It doesn’t feel cheap at all. Yes, the drawers are fabric and wood-based, but they align well and function smoothly. Just keep in mind: this is a gaming/workstation desk, not a heavy storage unit. Don’t overload the drawers with heavy items and you’ll be perfectly fine. This is an honest review from a long-time Amazon customer. I bought this desk to use as dual purpose. On one side , I have my vanity items , make up , hair and nail items. And in the other its my office stuff. It working perfectly. I love the size of this , fits in my small bedroom very nicely. It wasn’t hard to put it together, but it does take a little time. Directions were clear to read and all tools are included. So far it has been sturdy and very practical. I like the extra shelf on top of the desk and the plugs for my make up mirror. The only thing I was worried about were the fabric drawers. But so far they are holding up and feel sturdy. I think it is a good value for the money. I love the gray color as well. And the LED lights are an added bonus. ... show more

I got this desk yesterday. Box was banged up a little bit but that's ups, and the items weren't packaged well at all. My remote for the lights is warped because of how it was packaged but it still works. This is why I did 4 stars instead of 5. Aside from that this desk is really nice. I wanted to down size from my L-shaped desk and this wasn't crazy expensive but had a lot of storage and I like the monitor stand height on it as well. One note to that I would add, if you have a monitor arm desk mount, it will not work on this desk. I had a second monitor with one of those and I'm not able to use it. If you try to connect the bracket to the top shelf it won't fit between the desk and the shelf. If you try to connect the monitor arm to the desk part then the shelf will be in the way. So, monitor arms probably not going to work with this desk. The desk height is very comfortable for me, I'm just under 5'3. I would recommend a keyboard tray if you use your desk to write on. I got one and it has made the desk so much better in my opinion. The desk is really sturdy and was so easy to move because it was to heavy. Tools needed to put the desk together were all provided so you don't need to have your tool bag ready. Putting the desk together wasn't bad, just pay attention to what your doing. I was watching a movie while putting it together, so I ended up having to fix a couple things I did wrong. I love how you can make this desk fit you and your needs. You can have the drawers on the left or the right. You can have three drawers on one side with a shelf and a couple drawers on the other side if you want. It's great! This desk is perfect for my needs. I would say it was moderately simple to assemble, the instructions were a little confusing and one metal tab for the shelf was broken off but doesn’t hinder its use. Overall I think it’s a good desk and a good value.

I love it it have a lot more space then I thought it was going to have. It evens out pretty evenly and easy and it easy the put together. My only suggestion would be to make the tools a little bigger and use your user-friendly. There just uncomfortable to use.

The desk is great and sturdy. But the LED lights and the remote came damaged and cannot be used. I bought this for my gaming set up which includes LEDs but now its just a normal boring desk.
