Haven't used it yet. But I wear a medium snowmobile helmet with a thin face mask. I wear a small motorcycle helmet no Face mask. I ordered a LG in this helmet fits perfect with face mask. So for me 1 size up worked out.. As far as the helmet.. Thing is badA$$.. So nice to just plug it in and be done. It comes with power cord that will keep it charged while riding. Uses the heat shield plug on your sled. You can also run it unplugged which is sick.. Cardo was super easy just downloaded the app and had it connected in 2 seconds. Sounds good.. My Sena might sound a little better (maybe).. Super pumped, can't wait to use it.. hopefully we get snow this year! ... show more

Despite all of the bad reviews out there about this helmet, I really enjoy it. I did order a large when I normally order medium and it does let a lot of air in so on really cold days I wear a thicker balaclava. As far as the "it rips your ears off" comment that others have complained about, if you pump up the built in earphones, you have to let the air out too. Then it works as it should. The integrated cardo is great, the cable works well and keeps the battery charged. The only thing I wish it had is an integrated sun visor. ... show more

I really loved the features and the weight!! BUT I normally use an XL but was told it wears small so I ordered an XXL . I could not get it on!! sent it back to bad....
