The media could not be loaded. no washers for the screws will need to get your own draining and faucet !!

Delivery was frustrating and inconvenient. Waited like 2 weeks before I even got a call to schedule and only got 3 different days to choose from. Delivery people were very rude as well. Product came with no directions on how to put together. Missing screws to complete. Drain doesn't fit properly and is leaking tons so my plumber had to go purchase another. The sprayer has great pressure but hurts to try to use because handle so stiff and hard to use. Entire tub, steps ect are NOT SLIP RESISTANT. best thing was just the price honestly and it gets the job done. ... show more

Tub is nice but the plumbing was just ok, the ring inside the hose to fasten was broke. Had to buy extra material for it. Also the inside corners of the tub would leak water; outside of the tub. Had to put plumbers putty and then it sealed it.

This tub is exactly what i needed for my 110 pound Rottie! Also perfect for my toy poodle and Bichon! The sink i had before wasn’t big enough so water was going to be everywhere! Compared to other prices this is awesome!! I literally come in a big wooden crate! The hardest thing to put together was taking off the plastic sheathing from the walls!
