Ordered a sheet of this to cut up for way covers on machinery (epdm is not the best for this, but is cheaper than neoprene at this size). The impression given by the listing is that a 5x10 sheet is cut from a roll and shipped, so it should have been easy to just cut this stuff up and stick it on the machines. What was received was a folded-up sheet of epdm that had clearly been used: unfolding the sheet dumped about a cup and a half of sand on the shop floor, the sheet itself was coated in what appears to be salt and sand, and there were a couple of stains (one largish salt stain, one smallish bird dropping). My guess is someone bought this for a job, then winter hit and they drove around with it in the back of their truck for a week or two on winter roads, then returned it to Roof Shop who then shoved it in a box to the first bozo who placed an order (me). Seller agreed to a return, on the condition I pay for the shipping and submit to a 15% restocking fee. Decided instead to spend the two hours when it was above freezing yesterday cleaning the sheet off on the deck. Better than just lighting twenty-five bucks on fire. Product itself appears to be what I expected: roofing rubber, not ideal and not real rubber, but serviceable. Did not measure the sheet but I will note the edges are not cut entirely straight. ... show more

    • Affordable, quick ship and did the trick!
Quick ship and resolved a constant creek leak I had with other liners to my pond for recirculation. Would definitely purchase again, just be sure to hose it down prior to installation to remove any residue.

I used it to fix a leak in an old mobile home, but I can already imagine the amount of applications this could be used for. Very easy to use.

    • Not in a roll. But as advertised
Good stuff. And folded like a blanket, not I a roll as pictured. Roll would be easier to handle. Other than that, as advertised.
