The media could not be loaded. They are great, nice and sturdy once you screw them into the wall, smaller than I anticipated but it got the job done, corners are VERY pointy so I do suggest to put bumpers on there if it used for kids.

Ok, so I went from a large bedroom and large custom walk in closet - to hardly no storage. This ladder shelf fit perfectly into the last space I had utilizing the vertical space nicely! Tips - assemble where you are putting it - cannot imagine getting this up stairs. It’s unstable unless you secure it to the wall, but it was easy with a power screwdriver and I didn’t even use the drywall inserts. Probably would if I was using it for heavy things - books etc. I put it together on top of my queen size bed in less than an hour- allen wrench included with parts.
