I will tell the good first. This is a nice enough wheeled cart with sliding drawers. The top is a veneer with a dark wood print on it. I like that it has wheels and I like that 2 of the wheels will lock. The drawers actually have a wheel on each side on the back so that the drawers actually roll instead of just pull out and that is nice. The solid wood handles on each drawer help both the looks and function. Now for the rest. It all is about how poor the instructions are and how badly printed on the piece of paper they are. Mine are printed so faintly. The pieces are listed on a parts list but when you start assembling the cart the parts names are not used. Some have different names. I couldn’t figure this out so I took it out to my husband in our workshop to get him to figure it out and he did. It did take about 45 minutes. We didn’t have any reviews or photos of customers so it was all just figuring things out. We had a couple of dings probably caused by the fact that the box it was delivered in was torn from top to bottom on one corner and a horizontal tear on the opposite end about 5” x 1” and a small hole on another side so really we were impressed that all the parts arrived! The wire on one of the drawers was bent so we put that drawer on the bottom to not be noticed. Then the corner of the top piece was torn. It is obvious but we plan to put this inside our closet pantry that has room for this cart to sit in front of the shelves. It will be handy to roll it in and out. By the end of assembly by husband told me he thought the engineering was good but that the person who wrote the copy for the instructions needed to go to the engineer and have them explain how it should be put together. He also mentioned that it about seemed that we had 2 sets of hardware (screws and washers). That maybe they upgraded the hardware but didn’t change the instructions to go along with that change.

While the metal parts and the wood veneer top shelf are all sturdy, their instructions were lacking. Everything just seemed jumbled up. Give yourself a good space to spread things out cause you’ll have to eyeball some of them to see if they fit. I suggest two people putting it together. Will take about an hour. But once put together properly it is a very nice storage system. Wheels lock and drawers roll. Just be patient when putting together!

This product is okay. But the directions are not clear and only one thing was labeled. If you are not handy this product will confuse you in assembly. The directions are vague and should show more steps and they are also printed small. Need a magnifying glass to see them. The product was not well packaged and arrived with some minor damage. See pics. And one of the screws would not go in properly because of poor measurement of pre-drilled hole also see pics. Those are the cons. It’s not bad. The pros: Has large space in between the baskets for bigger items. Nice handles large handles for a comfortable grip when pulling. The “wood” color is nice and rustic looking.
