It is made out of some slinky material so it doesn’t keep me warm it isn’t adjustable and it is is one size fits all. The colors are nice but the quality is just okay. I was worried that my head would be visible because of the 2nd hole, but it really isn't because it twists. I didn't understand that when I bought these, but they have been fine.
