Even though I AM an artist, I did not buy these for painting. Well, I'll probably use one or two of them for painting someday. What I needed these for was for when I make my Xmas cutout cookies. The dough is very sticky, so I learned that if I roll it between two sheets of parchment paper, then remove the top sheet, use my cookie cutters and then I use one of these knives to remove the dough that's not part of the cookie:-) Works great! ... show more
