The finish of the tray is nice, has a polished chrome finish, probably best to put a nice coat of automotive car polish or wax to extend longevity. Is the typical tin type material that serves the purpose but will eventually rust if not properly maintained. If has a rolled lip so is smooth, no sharp edges. Tray has three magnets on the underneath of the tray that is strong enough to hold nuts and bolts inside the tray. The tray is not very large but enough for nuts and bolts and one or two small hand tools like a screwdriver or an adjustable end wrench. The four magnetic pickups all have pocket clips to help secure in your shirt or pants pocket, four sizes and varying lengths. All pickups have decent magnets to pick up dropped nuts and bolts and screws, larger pickup will even pick up some hand wrenches and tools. The suggested MSRP is very reasonable, is a good value considering it includes four magnetic pickups. I am giving it a 5 Star rating, mostly based on value.

This is a nice little magnet set, it is well represented by the photos in the ad. I like the texture on the once with the black ends to help with slippage.

I lost a bolt while working on my car and could not reach it. I decided to order this set and see if I could get it. The set came with more than one retractable magnetic pick up tool. I took the longest in the set and pulled it out to the maximum length. I reached down though the engine bay and the magnetic end picked up the lost bolt. The magnet is very strong for picking up missing bolts. I’m so glad it worked because now I don’t have to find another bolt. I’m going to keep the shortest one in my pocket in case it happens again. Nice set to own!

Very handy magnetic tray and pickup set. Strong magnets on all of the tools. The pickup tools fit nicely inside the long tray. All of the pickup tools are telescoping, and the action on them is very smooth. I do wish this included a flexible pickup tool as well as all of them are rigid, but that's not enough to deduct points for. Highly recommended.

I like this! Magnetic pickup tools of different strengths from weak to amazingly strong plus a nice parts tray. This is actually stuff i use quite often and am very happy with them. Saves me from bending over or having to crawl around to pick up a dropped part or fastener.

I lost my other magnets and these are a fantastic replacement to have have a small pen an big beefy one pretty descent length on how far they reach and it’s a strong magnet
