I don’t usually leave reviews unless something is really bad or really good, and this experience was definitely the great one :) I had a small issue with one suitcase when I first received the set (a zipper tooth issue). I emailed customer service on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised to get a response a few hours later on the same day! The representative was very helpful and offered a solution right away. A replacement arrived within 3 days, and the entire process was easy and stress-free. As for the luggage itself, I really love the color and how all the pieces nest into one another with a smart, well-thought-out design. It’s reasonably priced, feels well made, and looks great. The wheels roll very smoothly, even when fully packed which makes a big difference when navigating through the airport. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and feels solid overall. Between the quality of the luggage and the excellent customer service, I’m very happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it to family and friends.

This was the best suitcase set I ever purchased, also considering the price. Came with 5 pieces as described- 3 suitcases with one being a carry on, a large bag, and a smaller one good for make-up. Used this set to fly over Christmas. To my surprise my set still looks nice after the trip there and back. Suitcases are spacious. They glide easily on all floors. And they are lightweight. I also loved that I could lock the zippers on place so that nothing accidentally opened. Would definitely recommend for travel and flying.

First ordered this set in August 2025 and it arrived in great shape. I used one bag for a trip in September and zipper pull was missing when I reached my destination. I was surprised how easy Once I arrived back home, I reached out to manufacturer Rosamo and explained what happened. They sent me an entire new set of luggage to accomodate me for the missing zipper pull. Outside of that issue, I say the quality of this luggage is very good. I’ve had no issues with the handle or wheels on luggage and it looks very stylish.

The luggage is more beautiful in person. I actually also purchased in another color too. Rosama was excellent in dealing with a problem that wasn't from them, but was an oversight with Amazon. I reached out to them and immediately they wanted to give an adequate solution. They instantly stood by their warranty & replaced the damaged set before I went on my trip. I didn't have to go searching for more luggage at the last minute. After traveling on my mission trip-this is what I say about this set: The zippers and stitching are quality and very strong-yet lightweight. It held up well to a 3 week international trip. The wheels glide & turn smoothly, even on carpet. They are roomy and fit all my junk including my medical devices and snacks (LOL.) I didn't use the bag only because having a smaller roll on was better for a disabled veteran. But the bag can be used for just about anything. I love that the lining is not dark colored and it's expandable. That was the thing that stood out from most luggage; ALL the pieces are expandable!! I've already recommended this to a few people since. I'm continuing to work with the exceptional customer service on solving an issue

These bags are so nice. The sizes are perfect. The wheels roll nicely and with ease. Color is nice too! Also love how they store one inside the other for space saving. The extender to out more into packing is a good feature. We have only used on small car trips, it so far they seem sturdy and worth the price paid!

I'm super shock when I received the luggage because there was on one. To my surprise, the rest was inside the luggage itself. Very smart packing. Matching colors, light and quality, durabilty and appearance is super nice. Unzipping and locking mechanism is all TSA approved which makes it a top notch luggage in my opinion.
