I don’t know how they do it!!! These drum gig bags are great for light travel and perfect for storage. They are fabricated from quality materials and the padding is adequate. The METAL zipper surprised me. I was expecting plastic. I have four 7-piece drum sets and 2 extra kick drums, so often, many of my drums are stored, and these bags are perfect for that. I purchased this complete set of drum bags, two extra 18x22 bags, and two 16x16 floor tom bags, for less money than my 18x22 Protection Racket (PR) bass drum bag. These were a lot thinner than expected. There is no padding on the sides Not the same as the ones I bought prior to these that were the same brand or so I thought

Even though it says it's for a 22" kick drum, based on the dimensions listed I figured it would fit my 24" kick drum. I was right - this is a fantastic value and protects my 5-piece Yamaha Stage Custom set. The zippers are large, with smooth action. No complaints!
