The Sanding Mouse is made from a sturdy, yet flexible composite material and has a hook and loop base. The Hook and loop base is designed to accept orbital sanding discs that most of us already have in our shop.
  • It will work with any hole pattern of sanding disc or even no hole sanding discs. Your hook and loop paper will easily attach and easily come off of the Sanding Mouse when its time to change paper or grits.
  • The sides of the Sanding Mouse are uniquely angled slightly inward. This helps when getting into corners of cabinets or anywhere you need to get up against a side wall of a project. Its a tremendous feature that will help most all of us out when sanding book cases, cabinets, desks, counter tops and more. The Sanding Mouse is available in 5 or 6 sizes and are sold separately.

This hand sander is awesome! I have large hands and this sanding block fits it well! Takes 5" hook and loop sandpaper, no more using a piece of scrap wood for hand sanding. Highly recommend for any diyers and woodworkers.

For hand sanding this is what I was missing. Only reason for 4 stars is it doesn’t perfectly fit my hand, could be a little bigger but otherwise I love this for hand sanding and using discs I already have around.

I used it a few times, works great. I can use my round sand paper or sandnet discs, it's not gonna bunch up like the old rubber blocks after putting in the sandpaper.

    • Makes it so easy to change the paper.
I have several types of sanding blocks and all but this one are quite a pain to deal with. First I have to cut a sheet of sandpaper to fit the block, then struggle to get the old sheet off and the new on one correctly. With this block, I just peal off the old paper and put on a new one. It also means I only have to buy the round sanding sheets same as I use on my power sander and no more of flat rectangular sheets, although for some projects, I will probably still use my largest block that uses sheet paper because it covers so much more area at one time (nearly twice the size of this block). ... show more
