This is a pretty handy weight lifting set if you are just trying to stay healthy. The weight is not enough for the gym bros out there, but for someone who sits for a living, has limited space, and no gym nearby, it's very nice. It does not take up a lot of space, and it was not as expensive as other options. My only complaint and the reason I gave it a 4 star, was due to the plastic collars. They screw on at the ends to keep the weights from falling off, but they twist off easy causing the weights to spin slide. You have to really tighten it, but because they are plastic I can see this damaging the thread over a short period of time. It's not an issue when using the dumbell attachment. I like this set and I recommend this for a good space saving, weight lifting solution that does not break the bank.

This TYRSEN "5 in 1" weight set is exactly that. I received the 44 lb set.....you get 2 dumbbell handles, a foam wrapped barbell converter tube, a keetle ball adapter, 2 push up silicone handles and 12 weights (4 each of 2.75/3.3/4.4 pound weights totaling 41.8 lbs). The actual weights are octagonal shaped to prevent your dumbbell from rolling on the floor. Even though it feels like plastic, the dumbbell rods are made of light weight metal (I tested it with a magnet as I couldn't believe it was really steel to the touch). The kettlebell base adapter does appear to be made of plastic, and can hold 4 weights (17.6 pounds). The dumbbell handles are ergonomic and are easy on your hands. You can only put up to 6 weights at a time on each dumbbell so the maximum weight on each dumbell would be 24.2 lbs., and, if you do the double barbell configuration (10 weights), you can get up to 36.3 pounds. The foam wrapped barbell converter is very comfortable to hold and great for doing squats. Swapping out the weights is simple and easy. It also comes with a workout guide who's font size is too small for me to read even with my glasses. My only concern is the longivety of the plastic hardware to lock the weights on the handles. The "nut" appears of good quality although I am not sure about the split "washer". Clearly, this set is not for the seasoned heavy weight lifter....but it is a good set for the novice or ones who want a light in weight starter system. At $89.99 ($109.99 minus a $20 coupon, the price at the time of this review). It is a reasonable value for a quality set. Recommended

This is a great beginner set for getting into working with weights and kettlebell training. This set has everything you need to get a nice full body workout. Switching the setup between dumbbell, kettlebell, and barbell does take some time so you will want to account for that when planning your workout. I ordered this as an entry level into incorporating kettlebell work into my workout. I like how adjustable this whole set is and so far it has held up quite well and seems very durable. The only negative I see is that this set maxes out at a fairly light amount of weight and you will want more weight quickly. I wish this set had the option of adding additional plates that you may already have to increase the weight. Overall though this is a great weight set for beginners and anyone who has limited workout space.

I've been using this 5-in-1 free weight dumb bell set for about a month as I watch TV in my man cave. The set is easy to setup and change when you want to. The grips are also comfortable. I really like that the set came with a sheet with various workout routines for you to try out. I've never used kettlebells until I tried this set. Very comfortable way to without Since I've been using this set I've noticed some definition in my muscles and I haven't had to go to the gym to show results. Plus this set is reasonably priced.

This product is a lot more versatile than others. the grips and handling is very comfortable. I like how quick you can change out the weights. These take up hardly any room for storage. The workout you can do with this set are endless. Very glad we added these to our workout room.
