I was skeptical at first. A reasonable price compared to warehouse stores. The flag comes in a small box and the segments of the pole screw together. The hardware included allows the flag to spin around freely. I have had other brands that get bound up and the flag wraps around the pole. They include an extra clip to attach the flag to the mounts. The flag itself appears well made, and is nylon so it will not absorb water and get heavy. That being said, the flag pole is short and as you can see from the picture when there is no wind, the flag will touch the base. They should include another segment. The diameter of the pole is smaller than most flag kits you purchase. I have waited to do this review to see how it held up to the weather. In the instruction, it tells you to take the flag down during storms. This is completely un practical. Nevertheless, we have had some strong thunderstorms and it has held up. I waited until I saw how it held up and then bought a second one. The screws included with the flag to mount the base or aluminum and I don’t think they would hold up. I fastened the mount with 2 1/2 inch deck screws.

The flag and the pole are light weight but sturdy. They are not of the best materials, for the low price they are good and worth it. I would not leave hanging outside for many days at a time. The no tangle hooks and loops are a plus, flag waves in the wind and does not tangle on the pole. The mounting bracket is well made and feels durable. After hanging up in front of house it looks fantastic, colors are beautiful and bright.

This is a good flag kit for the price The flag ihas vibrant colors and has embriodered stars. I place in on my mailbox post and it even flys great in the smallest amount of wind The pole comes in 5 metal sections that easliy screw together and it is sturdy even with a windy thunderstorm. The flag holder is metal which attached withscrews so it wll not easily break like th plastic one I previously had. I am veryhappy with my new flag.
