Received and had a lot of damage. Dents and crinkled side pieces. Packaging was intact and no visible flaws. It was packed very well inside. Wrapped in foam and even had a wood frame around it. To me it looks like it was boxed with all the flaws I found. Very unhappy

So this is not a $400-$600 tool chest. Paid about $170 for this unit and I think that is fully priced. Shipping package was impressive: all foam padding encased in a thin wood double end frame .. but unit was still damaged. Luckily the metal is thin enough a rubber hammer was all required to beat out the damage to "good enough" The drawers do not seem to want to lock in very well, but they operate quite smoothly. I think I got what I paid for
