    • Bad lifters
The media could not be loaded. Lifters were defective and make noise . I am a ASE master technician with over 20 years of experience after installation and brake in I had two bad lifters make noise and had to replace everything. A very costly mistake buying the cheapest parts ugh .

The media could not be loaded. Customer supplied this set for the "cheapest repair possible." The job had to be done 3 TIMES! After initial install cylinders #4 and #6 had MDS lifters fail before it ever made it off the lift. Customer requested to replace only the right side. Once complete, we test drove the vehicle and after 15 miles cylinder #7 MDS lifters failed. There is absolutely NO reason to purchase this kit! If you absolutely have to do the most cheapest repair possible, tare it down and find out exactly which cylinders need to be addressed and purchase parts accordingly. Your better off keeping the worn OEM lifters that are still good and replacing the bad ones. This kit will cost you more than what they would charge at the dealership! ... show more

    • Extremely disappointed with the lifters
All but two lifters had to be replaced. They kept getting stuck extremely disappointed. Lifters worked at first and then had to be replaced. The truck only ran for roughly 15 minutes before lifters had to be replaced. Which caused me to spend extra money on gaskets for both sides of the motor and then the cost of new lifters ... show more
