I've worked in a restaurant for years and this is the stuff we use for everything. It cleans and disinfects most surfaces, cleans glass and mirrors without leaving streaks, and is really economical. You can mix it and pour it in a spray bottle, keep it in a sani bucket and soak towels in it, or soak paper towels in it to make wet wipes. Very versatile and useful around the house or business. Plus, one bottle makes 150 gallons, so it goes a long way!
