It’s adorable! It runs great! My grand daughter who is 2 loves it! Her mom and dad do too! It’s worth the extra money, believe me I know there are cheaper ones out there that you can buy but you get what you pay for! This one is built to last . The remote control works great on it, very easy to use. The power is fantastic in this one too! It’s super comfortable for her also. It really looks and sounds like a real vehicle. The radio works great and you can hook it up to your phone too. The lights are bright and work fantastic at night! I looked for 6 months before I bought this one, don’t waste your time! Believe the negative reviews. I give this car 0 stars, but left 1 star for customer service. I bought this car for my son's 6th birthday. My 15 year-old son spent two hours painstakingly putting this car together. My six-year-old had so much fun on the first two rides, which were both an hour long. After the second ride, it said battery was low. We left it charging in the garage overnight. When we went out the third time, it said battery low within 10 minutes. When the battery is low, the car will barely move. I had to push it back to the house two blocks and immediately called for a refund. I've had this car for a full 5 days and my son is devastated. DO NOT BUY! Customer service was good. When I called, they sent me the form that I needed for the car to be picked up. (I threw out the box.) The whole transaction took less than five minutes.

Tip: charge the batteries at least 12 hrs before putting the car together to avoid melt down. Pro: easy to understand instructions /approx 60-90min assembly. Attractive, sturdy and plastic wheels have a strip of rubber for better grip, good first motor vehicle. Con: can’t adjust seats- leg space is a little cramped for taller children & parent remote can be over ridden by driver, plastic wheel have no instructions where to get replacements.

Haven't had a chance to give the car an extensive shake down, too much snow on the ground, but it's a pretty cool looking toy and I believe my granddaughter will have a lot of fun with it. Easy to put together and I had a ball driving it around using the remote control, before the snow came. Parents with children a tad too little to drive themselves will really appreciate the remote. One thing I'd really like to mention is the quality of the customer service. I did have one issue in connecting the front wheel axle to the steering rod and they were willing to provide whatever assistance I needed right up to replacing or refunding the car if it was a manufacturing problem. Turns out, I messed up on a bolt placement and all is good. I really appreciated their efforts to help me with this problem and willingness to make it right. Thanks!

10/10 for support. Extremely responsive and took care of me even when I had missed my return window. Car worked great first charge, good speed and my son loved it. Wouldn’t hold a charge after so I had to return it.
