These tweezers are not as heavy and the metal handles are not as thick as my other pointed tweezers so they squeeze together much easier. Because of this the 'grasp' on a drill is not as firm. They work ok. They are not as pointed on the tip as my other tweezers. But this is not a big deal. These come in a nice plastic sleeve holder to keep them together and they have the protection caps as well. The paint job of them is messy. I got these because I didn't have any tweezers with the slanted head. They will work in a pinch, haha, but I prefer my black tweezers to use over these.

The tips of the tweezers are close tightly. Return them if the tips do not close up tightly. It use curved tip ones more often than the straight tips. But they both work well. I use it to line up drills on a painting to make sure the drills are on a straight line or to adjust the drills on the right position. I use it to pick up tiny pieces of wax in between drills or pick up a flipped-over drills on my painting. Recommend it!

not sure what other folks are talking about... i found these very flimsy and hard to work with. the set i had, had a nasty tendency to bow when i was trying to use them; making the ends open and drop whatever i was trying to use them with. there's no form of grip like one finds in regular tweezers, no tread-like bit in the ends. so if one is using them for something with a smooth surface, the object in question just slipped out... often pinging out like a shot. i lost more of the "dots" for my diamond projects than these things helped with. and forget about using them for anything else. with the bowing, i couldn't even use them for other small dyi projects like miniatures. giving them to Goodwill. maybe somebody else will find them useful. i sure Didn't.

These tweezers are great. Helps if you make a mistake ,need to move a dp drill and it doesn't rip your diamond painting. They are very sharp so be careful
