The color and highlights of this hair is great! The hair is true to length and it's pretty soft with bouncy and flowing curls. Doesn't appear to be and he's shedding while running my fingers through as well as combing through the hair. The hair tangles a bit but easily becomes undone with just a run through of my fingers. The hair is pretty thick but I would suggest purchasing two packs for a full look. ... show more

I'm a little disappointed with the Dark Brown color, which seems much lighter and almost has an Auburn glow to it. But the hair itself is pretty nice.

I was pleasantly surprised with these. It is my first time trying synthetic extensions and I can't believe how soft and natural they feel. The color match was also fairly close. The bleach look areas were a little yellow compared to my own highlights so I got the extensions wet and lathered some purple shampoo. The shampoo won't absorb since these are synthetic, but I didn't rinse them completely and left just enough that it gave the toned effect I was looking for. I have since found some online video tutorials that get better results for toning synthetic hair. You can use four caps of Rit Synthetic Royal Purple Dye with one 16 oz bottle of Isopropyl Alcohol mixed in a gallon ziplock with the extensions and then let them sit for 12-15 minutes, rinsing with cold water when done. I sprayed them afterward with a leave-in conditioner. The instructions say no blow drying, but I found they were just fine on a low heat setting and I also used my straightener on a low setting on a few kinked areas near the top and it worked great. The curl pattern also remained after getting them wet, but after brushing them out it has loosened just a bit. The extensions were a little too long/thick for my preference so I trimmed about 4-5 inches off of them and used a pair of thinning shears to thin them out quite a bit. This made them look very realistic on me and I even shocked a friend who couldn't believe how natural they looked. The photos are after I toned, cut and thinned them out. Sometimes I don't use all the wefts, it just depends on the look I am going for. I don't find them to be too heavy for all-day wear. I am highly impressed with these, especially for the price compared to real hair extensions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a cost-friendly option for adding length and volume or switching up your style. ... show more
