A Smart choice to have around just In case. These all seem to be the same just with different marketing labels. For what it is, I picked the middle of the road cost on them. Gave a couple as gifts. FYI, they are labeled “one-time use”, yet they still have instructions how to fold it back up on the the package. I guess just in case you get curious and remove it for inspection, or have a false alarm situation. Overall I think having these handy is prudent. Hopefully will never have to use it.

I like this so much I bought the 4 pack and I'm keeping one and giving the other 3 to our neighbors. We all need to be safe in our homes. This is a wonderful UPDATED way to BE safe in case of fire. Just hang it on a small hook in your kitchen where it's accessible.

Every home needs fire blankets especially in the kitchen. They can save your home and possibly even your life. They are not just for the kitchen either….. garage, grill area, even camping. Buy learn to use. I pray you never have to use one of these fire blankets.

I feel that along with a fire extinguisher, you should have this item in your home in case of fires. It is easy to use and you don't have to worry about the life expectancy like you do a fire extinguisher. It has clear instructions on the package and it is easy to have near where you have things that could cause fires like a stove in the kitchen or a fireplace.

Just don’t touch it with bare hands!!!

Nothing on packaging advised me not to touch it. I examined it barehanded and ended up with fiberglass on my hands. There is a warning on the web description, but nothing on packaging. Haven’t used it but is large and sturdy looking.
