The Start of 4Monster Aug. 2015 It all started on a camping trip to Yellowstone National Park. While four senior outdoor enthusiasts get together，the conversation took an unexpected turn to the subject of outdoor gears. Our designer friend brought an awesome travel backpack. We agreed that it was very beautiful and functional, but cost a lot. A question came to our minds: Why don't we make some practical, stylish and lightweight outdoor gear? After camping, our trip leads us to Big Sky City in Montana. Lying under the starry sky, we decided to build a functional and stylish outdoor brand. Sep. 2016 We started with quick-drying towels and backpacks. In this year, we did various design draft and material testings. After many twist and turns, we finally resolve the basic prototypes of our original towels and backpacks. First off, I don't understand the low rating of this towel because people expected 4 towels. 4Monster is the brand name *shakes my head*. If people could read descriptions and get past that, the towel works well if you're looking for an outdoor or sports towel. Me personally, I wanted a towel that could be stored away in a gym bag and dry quickly when I have other places to be after that would prolong being able to keep the towel from being wet all day or become funky hanging in the car. It feels like a thicker cleaning cloth they give you with glasses. It's different from your average bath towel but still comfortable and soft enough on your skin. I was really surprised at how well it absorbed the water and how the towel really didn't feel that wet if at all after drying. I got tired of bringing my personal bathroom towels to the gym after jiu-jitsu and find this towel a great replacement. I would note, however, to try best, pat yourself dry rather than wipe. It's not only easier but wiping can leave alot of fuzziness from the friction of that type of material on your skin. Again, wiping doesn't feel uncomfortable on the skin, just a personal observation for better drying results and less fuzz. Would recomend for anyone needing a gym towel, beach towel, or camping towel. I followed the instructions and washed the towel before heading out on the overnight hiking trip. Jumped in the lake at the camp site and the towel did it's job. After hiking angels landing in Zion NP, we were WAY too disgusting to drive hour on end. Luckily I had it in my pack so we paid to shower at the park! ($4 for 5m for those curious). It dried me off so much fast that expected! I leave it in my pack "just in case" since it's so compact!

I’m very impressed with the quality of these towels. I bought 2 of them to keep in my car for the summer if we ever end up swimming or playing in the water, unexpectedly. I also thought they would be good to keep in case spill-emergency or whatever. They’re smaller and much more compact than a regular beach or bath towel which is a huge plus. They’re very absorbent! And we have used them much more than I thought we would! I even let my kids take them to friends’ houses to save room - they like the carrying case. It’s not super easy to fold the towel so it fits back in the case but it’s do-able. They wash really well! Dry very quickly and are definitely now an all-around staple in my house and my car. It’s a great product. I wish it was softer. It’s definitely not rough but it’s what it’s supposed to do. And I also wish I would have gotten the bigger towel. It didn’t fit across my handle bars in a stationary bike.
