Right out of the box, you get not just the phone, but also a charger, a protective case, and a screen protector!! a complete package that’s rare at this price point. The phone features a 5-inch 480x854 display, which is just shy of HD but still clear and perfectly usable for everyday tasks. It comes with 2GB of RAM, which is enough for basic functions like browsing, texting, checking emails, and staying active on social media. I mainly use apps like Facebook and Instagram, and the 16GB of internal storage handles them without any issues. The only thing I find weird is that the USB-C port is on the top part of the phone but it doesn’t interfere with the regular usage. One of the things that really impressed me is the 4G network support. It runs smoothly and keeps me connected wherever I go. For the price, the LatsYrs phone truly delivers on functionality and convenience. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly smartphone that still performs well for everyday use.

It froze the first time i used it. Had to take out the battery and now its stuck in fastboot mode and won't work. I've tried all of the fixes mentioned online and still nothing. Save your money. Don't buy this phone.

I thought it would have made a great phone for a senior citizen who is getting a smartphone for the first time. I was apprehensive since I've never heard of the brand of the phone. It seemed like it had decent features. However, we had trouble setting it up with his cell service. The cell representative said that even though these phones are listed as unlocked, it doesn't mean they're compatible to all services and many features could be missing. I would say so. He could not call certain members of his family or friends nor text them and that's just for starters. They also didn't state that this phone was possibly refurbished or renewed. There was indication that this phone had been previously owned. So sadly I had to return it and he went back to a flip phone. I only give it 2 stars because maybe with some service out there it actually works. So I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt.

NOT VERIZON COMPATIBLE. My iPhone recently broke, so we ordered this one since it was unlocked would be delivered quickly and the reviews are decent. However when we took it in to get it activated it wasn’t compatible to their service. So we will be returning it.

If you like a long learning curve, you may like this phone. The one thing I couldn't do, is make a phone call. This may be part of my problem. I'm a boomer. I come from a long time ago, when making a phone call was so much easier than today. I don't understand this modern technology. And every time I change phones, I encounter another problem. It isn't the phone, as much as it's me.

As far as performance is concerned, the MediaTek central processing unit is capable of handling ordinary tasks without any difficulty. It has 2 gigabytes of random access memory (RAM) and 16 gigabytes of storage (which can be increased to 128 gigabytes), but it works perfectly for what I need it to do: browsing the web, using social media, messaging, and using light programs. It is not designed to be a powerful gaming phone like other phones. The process of adding a microSD card was really simple for me, and as a consequence, I now have a significant amount of storage space available for my movies, images, and downloads. One of the characteristics that I place the greatest importance on is a battery that has a capacity of 3500 milliampere-hour batteries. It is able to endure a whole day of regular usage, which includes regular activities such as making phone calls, browsing the internet, streaming music, and viewing a little amount of YouTube, without the need to constantly worry about charging it. For a phone that does not cost an excessive amount of money, it is rather satisfactory. Having two cameras allows you to take images more quickly, which is a convenient situation. In spite of the fact that these images are clear and vibrant, they are not able to take the place of the camera on a smart phone. On the other hand, they are ideal for recording everyday scenes or for sharing on social media. There is also the possibility of making video calls that are uninterrupted and of high quality. I also like that it has 4G connectivity, which means that it does not experience any latency when I am browsing the internet or making phone calls. This is another thing that I truly love about it. There was no discernible decrease in performance that I observed, even while I was jumping between different programs. The requirements for fundamental communication and productivity are more than capable of being satisfied by the phone.
