Product is actually light in weight and my kids worn it with no strain. As for functionality it was easy to navigate with only a few buttons. I also think the value is good for my kid too. I have to admit the size is a bit bigger in watch face. It looks over size in the kids wrist but screen is big so works out. Of course it’s not as durable as other watches but still works good. Also it’s easy to connect to WiFi and the thing we love is voice audio book that we can play on the watch and kids listen. Overall would buy again.

These watches work terribly. They constantly send SOS signals with accidental presses. They turn off on their own, so I can never reliably call my child. The system for sending SMS is complicated, and it’s impossible to track the child via GPS. There are tons of unnecessary games, music, and other features, but the main functions work very poorly. For this price, we had a different brand of watches before that were much better than these!

The jar of pills came open, and I don't know who opened it before and when it was opened. I can't take these pills because I don't know how long they've been open. It's a shame that for such a price the goods came already opened!

I requested the seller for repair service and the seller was very Prompt and he sent us a brand new watch instead!! I really loved this watch for my daughter at first but after she called me I realized that the sound was terrible. I could barely understand what she was saying. My mom had already warned me about the quality of the call, but it wasn’t until I talked to her I realized it was not good.

I bought this for my cousin, and she adores it !!! This watch is so adorable, and she hasn't taken it off since I gave her this watch. In addition, it has many parental tracking features, and you can insert a SIM card on the watch to make calls. Very cool

This was great...while it lasted. Even with no disruption to the service plan and it being connected it will not take or receive calls and has to be factory reset with contacts manually entered over and over again. Tired of doing it and wish I could return it. I looked through the box (it comes in a plain box that says kids smart watch on it and has no brand btw) and instructions and looked at troubleshooting on the amazon product page and found nothing of use. I reached out to speedtalkmobile. We will see if they can help. Until then this watch is useless except for a few games which my daughter doesn't play. Just get your kid a cell phone.
