I was impressed by the customer service of this store. At first, I received this mask because it was missing a charging cable. I contacted them on the same day and the next day it was sent and delivered. This was also one of the reasons why I bought their products. What do I like? The first is the outstanding effect of this mask. It uses advanced technologies of different wavelengths, including a technique that can penetrate deep to stimulate collagen and improve skin elasticity. Personally, I use it for 20-30 minutes every 2-3 days. Based on my experience using other masks, I believe I will see the effect. This period may be 3 to 5 months, or shorter or longer, depending on the individual! Secondly, in terms of its design, it features an exquisite design and a rechargeable function. I'm a rather lazy person, so reusability is definitely a plus for me. Besides, the remote control is also very convenient to use, which is another plus! How annoying! Sometimes the Velcro used to fix the mask gets slightly stuck in my hair! It's also because of the fixed Velcro that the plastic anchor on the inside of the mask is very annoying. Every time I use it, it leaves a red dent! However, it disappeared after a while! Overall, this mask has quite a few highlights. Although the price is not very friendly, I believe it's worth the money!

As someone with combo skin who wakes up a little oily and gets the occasional breakout, this mask is perfect for lazy girls like me. I tested it on my leg first (just in case), then went full face. Super easy—15 minutes, auto-shutoff, done. I use it every other night after cleansing, then follow with skincare. Haven’t had a single new pimple since I started, and my skin looks brighter and smoother. I usually lie down with my eyes closed—it’s kind of relaxing. Totally hooked.

This is a high quality face mask. It’s my third one I have tried and the best by far. The battery last about 3 30 min uses before needing to be recharged. The fit is amazing, the strap is big and holds the mask in place so I can stretch or do other things while using it. It has 4 different light settings to try and you can adjust the intensity of them.
